Consistance du projet

Le programme global de restructuration consiste en la refonte et la rénovation des thermes traditionnels

• Construction d’un bâtiment qui abritera de nouveaux thermes traditionnels
• Restauration des thermes modernes situés en bas de la vallée,
• Construction d’un hôtel Vichy Thermalia spa aux standards internationaux.

Surface plancher construite :

             – Bâtiment thermes traditionnels : 2700 m²
             – Bâtiment Hammam : 2200 m²
             – Nouvel hôtel Thermalia : 10 042 m²
             – Rénovation de la station existante : 4355 m²

